Michelin HydroEdge Tire Delivering impressive wet and snow traction and ultra-long mileage with the latest technology. Michelin?s longest lasting passenger tire, the HydroEdge offers an amazing 90,000-mile warranty, modern aesthetics, and better wet braking than the leading competitors. Featuring Michelin?s MaxTouch Construction, the HydroEdge has a unique contact patch shape that evenly distributes the forces of acceleration, braking, and cornering. A silca-based compound and wide center-groove design create a sure-grip tread, helping the HydroEdge to stop up to 14 feet shorter in wet weather conditions versus competitors. Employing Michelin?s EnergySaver Construction, the tires deliver excellent fuel efficiency by requiring less effort from your engine, while the dual circumferential center grooves and high-angle HydroChutes combine to pump water from under the tire's footprint to enhance hydroplaning resistance and wet traction.

I've owned michelin tires since 1973 on and off. I've always gone back for long tread life and ride comfort. When I first purchased the Hydroedge tire, Iwas having problems with hydroplaning in my car. Much to my surprise the tire helped tremendously. Now I have all three, long wear, comfort and a safe, confident wet surface ride. Thanks

I absolutely LOVE these tires!!! My van handles so much smoother and handles terrific in the rain. My van did have 14" tires on them but all the store had in stock was 15", which is a substitute for the 14". My van now sits higher and doesn't drag when I pull into the driveway. :)

I was hesitant to get these tires, as I put them on a hybrid, my prius, but what I noticed is that they grip the road much better, and during rainy season in Florida with high winds, I don't get pulled from side to side on the road as I did with the orginal tires. I woulnd't have anything else. In fact when I purchase a new hybrid Prius, I will buy these tires and sell the tires that come with the car right away!

Was very satisfied with my HydoEdge tires on my last Sienna Van. Just had a new set of XRadials DT installed (as HydroEdge were not in stock)on my new Sienna and am hoping for the same satisfaction. So far they feel great although they seem a little noisier which might be because they are new.

i average about 600 miles a week and this is my 3 rd set of hydro edge i have owned. they are by far the best tire i have ever owned. i hve gotten a little over 75,000 miles on the set that is on my dodge caliber and i am actually going in the morning to ge anther set put on i could have gotten a few more miles out of them if i had gotten my car aligned when i should have but oh well you live and learn but 75,000 miles is great consider how much i drive and the winter we had in 2010 was a rough one but i was able to go as good if not better than some 4wd i don't think i will ever try another tire sure they cost a little more than some but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for
