Michelin HydroEdge Tire Delivering impressive wet and snow traction and ultra-long mileage with the latest technology. Michelin?s longest lasting passenger tire, the HydroEdge offers an amazing 90,000-mile warranty, modern aesthetics, and better wet braking than the leading competitors. Featuring Michelin?s MaxTouch Construction, the HydroEdge has a unique contact patch shape that evenly distributes the forces of acceleration, braking, and cornering. A silca-based compound and wide center-groove design create a sure-grip tread, helping the HydroEdge to stop up to 14 feet shorter in wet weather conditions versus competitors. Employing Michelin?s EnergySaver Construction, the tires deliver excellent fuel efficiency by requiring less effort from your engine, while the dual circumferential center grooves and high-angle HydroChutes combine to pump water from under the tire's footprint to enhance hydroplaning resistance and wet traction.

Excellent tires! Lasted 4 yrs (90k miles) just like they said they would last. Awesome in the rain. I drive fast in all conditions and they held the road like my car was on rails. Time for new tires, not happy that they discontinued my size! Uggghhh!

I bought a new set of the Michelin Hydroedge tires because I commute 120 miles every day for work on Interstate 10. I have driven 50,000 miles on the Hydroedge tires and they still look and perform like brand new with little wear. The tires provide excellent traction in light and heavy rain and give great performance during braking as well. I expect the Hydroedge tires will last over 90,000 miles which is one reason I chose Michelin over other brands. I recommend purchasing the Michelin Hydroedge tires if you need a long lasting tire that drives well in rain. I would buy another set of the Michelin Hydroedge tires for my other cars when it's time for a replacement.

Overall, these tires perform very well. They are on a 2004 sienna van which seems to wear tires. I certainly will not get the rated mileage out of them but that is true of any tire I have run on this van. Wet road performance is excellent. Dry road handling and comfort is excellent. They are OK in light to moderate snow as all seasons go. I prefer to run snow tires.

These are excellent tire's, a little road noise on certain type's of pavement but on new resurfaced hiway's nothing better, I have put around 50,000 mile's on these tires in a year and they still look like they are brand new, even the depth of the tread is unreal, if i every wear these out i will buy another set.

As a single mother who drives nearly 100 miles every day commuting to and from the job, I truly rely on Michelins for safety and security on the road. I have never felt more safe driving Illinois highways in the changing weather we get over the course of a year than when driving on Michelins. I have had hydroedge tires on my last two vehicles, driven over the past three years. Michelin Hydroedges perform great on ice, pouring rain and on a super heated roadway. I've seen plenty of accidents during my daily travels and and so thankful to have had the experience of Michelins. I know they have performed for me in a couple of close calls due to dangerous/icy or snowy driving conditions and unexpected road hazards or to avoid careless drivers. The gas mileage that I recieve is an additional bonus. I recently purchased a new Honda bearing Michilin tires-part of the reason I selected this car. I guarantee you that my replacement set, which occurs every other year for me, will be Hydroedge. My daughter will be driving in less than two years, and I can say with certainty, that any car purchased for her will be equiped with Michelin Hydroedge tires. It will give me piece of mind to know that at least, with all the dangers facing her being a new driver, she will have one safe measure working in her favor, and that will be a new set of Michelin Hydroedge tires!
