Michelin P225/60r16 Symmetry

I have a 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis. I drive about 40,000 miles a year. I got 94,000 miles on my last set. Rides good, tracks well and has a nice, soft overall ride. Just put a set of Defenders on my wife's Lincoln. Has the same comments so far. We drive the cars for our patient transport company and wanted dependable tires.

I have been running Michelin Symmetry tires on my 2000 Grand Marquis since it was new. I now have 256,000 miles on the vehicle and have never had a tire problem. I have the tires balanced only when installed and rotate every 10,000 miles. These tires are quiet and smooth. I drive in all types of weather conditions and have been very happy with the handling and overall performance. Give these tires a try, I've done it 4 times now and look forward to my 5th set.

This is the second set of Michelin tires I put on my 2008 Chevy Impala. I tend to drive a little spirited so I didn't get the prescribed 70K but did get a solid 50K out of them until they hit the wear bars. Michelin tires may cost a little more than the other brands but as far as safety they are priceless. I commute 100 miles round trip to work and home. They are great on dry and wet roads. They are an "all season" tire so in the snow and ice they are ok but by no means as good as a snow tire.

I have used Michelin tires for over 30 years and everytime I try a different brand I am always disapointed and I go back to the best, Michelins. I don't think I will waste my time and money on any other tires again. I have confidence in the quality and safety factors of Michelins and for me and my family that is important. I will stick with the best. Mitchelin is my brand.

I have been a Michelin Tire user for many, many years. I've always been extremely satisfied with its ability to withstand extremely bad road conditions. Examples are potholes, rainy and snowy road conditions and no slipping, sliding, and always able to hold the road I have always lectured my family members about tires being the most important item on our cars, as its the only thing that actually touches the road. I know the name Michelin is imprinted in their head. We have even requested Michelin tires on any new cars we buy. These new Symmetry are so quiet you hardly even know you are riding on anything.
