It fell apart the first time I used it. Trying to put it back together did not work. More pieces fell out of the handle. I had this product before and tried using parts from my old one. Still did not work. It is now just in a pile of pieces. I am so disappointed. I loved this product when I bought my first one years ago. But now it is just in pieces looking nothing like its former self. Junk to say the least. The handle will not fit on correctly since all those parts fell out and it does not go back to its former self. I have tried putting the pieces back together and now none of it fits and the handle will not fit back on. Some one may buy this product and be extremely happy but with me it fell apart with the first use. Its like humpty dumpty that will not go back together again. Sad, sad, sad! My first one was wonderful and I expected this one would also be wonderful! I was mistaken. Horrible experience since I expected I would get years of use as my first one. Did not even get one day of happy use.

I just received this and when I put batteries in, the battery cover fell apart into 3 pieces. Fortunately, I still had my old Emjoi that stopped working after 6 years and was able to swap out parts. I'm love this item and am sorry the new one didn't even arrive in one piece.
