I purchased this for my son and it works great. He just loves it!

Its said restored XBOX ONE X console. When I remove it from the delivery box it snapped back in place like it was loosened, inside the console is a rattling sound of pebbles or something, there's a chip on the block that's been glued back in place, it still has dust visible on the side of the case, On the back of the console its a grid design but broken so I had to manage a way for it to stay in place. I haven't removed the controller from the bubble wrap because in so much disappointment. And the power cable look like it from a old toaster of some sort.

Came a later then what I was told..When I ordered it never told me it was out of stock. Only when I asked for a refund they sent me the system. When I recived the box it was all tore up they system box look like it had been thrown around before getting shipped. The bos was 3 times bigger the system box all togeather you could have placed 4 system in this box. Anybody could have taken it out.

Do not buy! This is not a Microsoft refurbished item. It was thrown in a large box with the remote and plug in cord loose in box. It was dirty and scratched up. Came from a PAWN SHOP (Pawn America). How can Walmart allow this from their website? I paid $400 for garbage sent to me. It's just unbelievable Walmart would do this to loyal customers. I've bought refurbished before on other electronics, however, they were refurbished from the manufacturer. This was not a 'Microsoft' refurbished item as indicated in the description on Walmart's website. So very disappointed with Walmart.

We ordered this a birthday present for my son, after a few hours of playing he heard a pop, there was an electrical burning smell and it never turned back on. This was disappinting but I know electronics can fail. Most annoying was that when I returned it to walmart, they required me to buy a box for shipping. Just because it was purchased on walmart.com, it was actually a third party reseller but I feel walmart should take full responsibility since it was bought on their site. You're no Amazon, lesson learned!!
