Xbox $25 Gift Card [Physical]

I sent the card to my grandson. we were all sick Christmas and could not meet. i sent him the card. I got a text from my daughter stating the card was never activated. thehy have the card but she sent a photo of the back of the card. Help. It makes me look like an idiot.

I ordered a $50 xbox gift card to be delivered to my house for my granddaughter's birthday. She tried to use the card on her xbox and was told the card had not been activated. I tried to get a refund from Walmart. I called customer service and I was given a refund confirmation %23 and told I would receive an email confirming my refund. I waited two weeks and never received an email or a refund. I tried calling customer service back with my confirmation %23 and I was told that I could not get a refund. I should try taking the card back to a Walmart to get it activated. My granddaughter doesn't live near me and I had already told her that I was getting a refund from Walmart and gave her $50 to buy another one. I am very disappointed with this policy. I will never buy a gift card from Walmart again.

The card arrived as s Christmas present and when my grandson tried to use it this is what he is told; "This code is not yet active. Contact the merchant to activate this code". Even though it was purchased on Walmart website, they won't do anything about it. So I spent $50 on this card that was never activated and no one will fix the problem.

I am sure the cards will be great once I figure out how to activate them. The shopper didn't activate them, so I have spent at least an hour and two different conversations with Walmart Customer Service to get this done. As of this very moment, I am no closer to a solution than I was at the beginning.

I received this on December 5th as as Christmas gift for my grandson. The card had not been activated and there was no activation code or pin number in the package. I have reached out to get one sent and have had no luck.I was tild a code would be sent but nothing received. So I am out 50.00!! I can't return it or get a refund I was told. So I had 50.00 literally stolen from me!! I ordered it as I thought that was more secure than in store, not the case!!!
