Hey just wanted to let people know that I recently ordered my new Xbox360 Holiday bundle pak w/ Forza 2 and Ultimate Alliance and I did in fact receive the new Falcon chipset w/ the 175 watt power supply; team FDOU. Sweet! Very pleased. I went to the local walmart and they did not have nor where they going to carry the holiday paks in store anymore. So get in on this deal while they still have it online...Otherwise you'll just have to wait for the next one! :) Very happy customer! I also bought the 2yr extended warranty through wal-mart for $32; You can't beat that coverage for that price anywhere. It covers me for two years beyond Microsoft's factory warranty. I figured it was good because the 360's have had their problems...And for the price, it's pretty much a no brainer. Hope this review helps!

Great Product! Really hard to put down. Great for all ages. This past Christmas, both my father and father-in-law bought one for themselves. I decided I couldn't be left behind in the days of Playstation2 while my parents were moving into the future so I bought one for myself. Only one thing I thought was odd--this "HDMI" package doesn't come with an actual HDMI cable. Xbox 360 Premium Console w/ HD Component Cable Holiday Bundle would be a more suitable name. Anywho, I still love the system and so do my parents.

This product is just as good as the playstation 3 but the games are a bit pricier and DEFINITELY the accessories are a BIT pricier!!! If you purchase this product, please be aware that you have to pay about $50.00 for a year's membership in order to play online. Also, you will need to invest in either a router to allow more than one connection to your modem - or invest in a wireless network. Otherwise, in order to play online, you have to make a choice...either play the xbox, or be on your computer because without either of those two things, only ONE thing can be done at a time if you just have a simple dsl or broadband connection. That's the only thing that is irritating about it at this point.

The X-box 360 still needs work... my son loves it but complains a lot about games lagging and skipping when on x-box live. This never happened with the original x-box. We have a DSL internet connection but the system runs better with a very high speed cable connection. Even then there is lagging. The technology required for running the system exceeds what is available for the average consumer.

Well, I guess they do when they sleep or when they do their chores. I was concerned about the heat problem I heard about in other units. Today is 1/09 and the Xbox has run daily for at least 3 hours since Christmas. It's in a well ventilated spot and we haven't had a burp. The kids love it. The PS2 hasn't been turned on in weeks.
