It took around a week for delivery, which I was expecting given the ETA provided by jet. I had a tracking number and received on time. The product was exactly what I ordered and in perfect condition! It was a gift and I purchased this Xbox on the 25th of December and received it in 3 working days, delivered at my door ! Price was competitive with other online stores. Overall I am very happy with it.

I orginally concidered the 500 gig model, but felt the extra space was warranted. The 4k system was easily installed.

So far the kids love it. It got here in about a week on the fedex truck. It will play the older system's games (. xbox 360). ts small and doesn't take up that much room. We haven't finish downloading the game that came with the system, it takes way to long. It doesn't have that big bulky plug in box that the xbox 360 has which is great. This system came with an extra remote and a $50 gift card. which came in different packages for us. We got the remote first the system, and then the gift card all within days of each other.

package contains everything you need for set up. bundle included gears of war game that is a download of 64+giga bit. download took about 20 hrs. to complete. dvd/cd should be included in package. operating instructions consisted of a placard showing basic cable hookup. system requires a monitor or TV with a HDMI connector . other than that system is pretty nice
