Installed this unit, no matter what we tried it leaked. Called the support hotline several times, you can't actually speak with a person you must leave a message for call back. No one ever called us back. Returned item to store.

For the money a great buy... makes great tasting ice fast, has a pump instead of a gravity drain so it can be hooked up like a dishwasher, we installed ours in the washroom attached to the wasroom sink drain. the icemaker is louder than we've had before and it makes sheets of ice cubes instead of individual cubes.

This is a nice ice maker, the only thing I don't like about it is the frozen ice does not come out in pieces. Instead the tray empties and the ice pieces are stuck together, if you want individual pieces you will have to break it up .

I like everything about the ice maker except that it makes "sheets" of ice which i then have to hit with the scoop to break the sheet into individual ice cubes. That's why 4 stars instead of 5.
