Mineral Fusion Lasting Color Mineral Shampoo, 8.5 Oz

I have fairly long hair (more than halfway down my back). This shampoo immediately stripped my hair of moisture leaving it coarse and difficult to comb out after shampooing; once my hair dried, it never looked brushed out and would tangle easily, leading to breakage and it falling out (my brush was constantly full of hair). After using half the product I stopped before my hair was destroyed.

This shampoo did not work well for me because I have baby fine hair and it gets way down very easily. It was hard to lather but as a disclaimer I do have hard well water. My hair felt like it had a heavy filmOn it after using this and the lasting color conditioner. So for me this did not work.

I have already sent you a message off your website. I usually buy “ Lasting Color”. Your containers look alike and I didn't notice. Can I return 3 containers of “ “ “Volumizing Shampoo” for the “Lasting Color” .? And reorder the 5 “Lasting Color”. Please advise.

I do like the base product and the effort the company puts forth to providing a natural cleansing option, but I do not know how they can advertise as " Hypoallergenic". As we can see on the EWG product database they are listed as "HIGH" under the allergy radar. As long as they put things like "fragrance" (of any kind) in their products, they will always be far from " Hypoallergenic". Please provide your customers a fragrance free option...Soy free..nut free.. An actual Hypoallergenic product. Thank you for all you do to keep us chemical free.

Of all the shampoos that we have tried, when we got the sample of this, my daughter couldn't wait to try it. Once she did, she loved it! She begged me to order it. So, I looked up the price and ingredients. Unfortunately, this has hydrolized soy protein in it. Since we have a soy allergy, we cannot use this. I'm not sure why soy was used in this, but I know I have a disappointed daughter. Hopefully, Mineral Fusion will consider a different ingredient that will work as well and we will be able to purchase this in the future.
