The cake was good but wasn't what I asked for I ordered a two layer cake and got a flat sleeve cake

Cake was delicious.

Never got it or my food stamps back

This wasn't the 1st time. My twin's 1st birthday cake they misspelled my daughters name (after me writing it clearly on paper for them). And now I order a minnie mouse cake for their suprise birthday party theme. Called 2 days early to make sure it was right. Now on party day I receive a barbie cake. No time to fixed it, my girl's were devastated. Again Thanks Walmart Bakery in Cape Girardeau Missouri.

I ordered a cake feb 2nd to be picked up feb 4th at 12pm. I was there at 11:40 am. I headed to the bakery with my daughter. There was a woman stocking bread. She asked if she could help me and I told her yes, I'm here to pick up my granddaughter birthday cake. I told her my name and she went to the back, a few min later she came back and said I'm sorry but I don't see it. Asked if it was under another name. I told her no, just my name for I already paid for it. Another young lady comes and she helps her look for it. She looks on a tablet and states Your order wasn't made yet! I stated well when would it be made because my grand daughter's birthday party is at 2 and I have to be at work at 1:30! The young lady stated the person who is suppose to make your cake won't be in till 1pm!!! I had to cancel my order and get cupcakes due to the negligence of the worker!??? To top it off! The lady comes in with an attitude! She is told that we are upset because her cake isn't made and she says out of her mouth “I don't know what they mad about?” How unprofessional are you!? You work in a business that should understand customer service! Instead of taking accountability and apologize for your laziness, you decide to slander the customers paying like it's there fault that you didn't do your job! If you are ordering a cake and want it ON TIME, do not order from Walmart South Euclid!
