Usually I prefer just plain water but after trying the delicious flavor of blackberry raspberry I actually want to try more flavors I do wonder if it could stain your clothes if it comes into contact, not willing to test it but the liquid is a very dark deep purple. I liked that there wasn't an artificial taste or artificial sweetener aftertaste to it. The fact that is was sweetened with stevia was a big plus for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BLACKBERRY RASPBERRY MIO Vitamins has become a favorite additive to my Apple cider vinegar water to help dilute the acidic taste and give my drink flavor and sweetness without the actual sugar but with a healthier ingredient like stevia. MIO Vitamins can be added to pre workouts sports drink. The price of MIO is budget friendly and many time it can be found on sale.
