MIO Vitamins can be added to pre workouts sports drink. The price of MIO is budget friendly and many time it can be found on sale. I'm not a big sugary or sweet flavored drinker and stick mainly to water and coffee. That being said I do occasionally find myself wanting something a little more. This hits the spot.
