I was impressed with how easily it cut through years of pollen, mildew, and mold. I followed the dilution instructions, applied it to the various surfaces, waited for it to work its magic, and then rinsed it off. While I had to reapply in some of the more mold-affected areas, no hard scrubbing was necessary. There is no strong residual smell. The concentrate goes a long way, making this cleaner very cost-effective. It did not damage any of our plants or flowers; however, I would be cautious around animals. We are always cautious with chemicals because of our pets, wildlife, and garden. I have used vinegar, dish soap, and even some harsher chemicals. These usually require scrubbing for them to be effective, and extra caution around animals. The “caution” on the Mira Bright label says to avoid skin contact. So, make sure it is rinsed well and completely dry before letting the pets interact with the treated area. The deck looks great. Overall, a solid cleaner for outdoor upkeep.

When I came back the stain was pretty much gone. I just rinsed it off with water and stain no more. The product has no scent. It is fairly priced for the amount you get and how effective it is.

It doesn't smell like bleach, so you don't gasp for air while using it. The big gallon jug is less expensive than most cleaners on the market and it doesn't smell a better job.
