Miramar is a good laxative powder. It doesn't work in the explosive laxative way. After a few days it helps produce a passable easy stool. Powder dissolves in any liquid. Tasteless. Effective easy power not explosive. Cup is a sage cup with the gram capacity on some bottles. Not sure if all are that weight. Light weight product.

There is no scent or weird texture to this product and it works quick and like it said it would from reading the packaging. It's a great value for money as you only need to do it once!
