Modular 2-Drawer Cube, Black

This was an addition to other modules I bought years ago. As before, these units are very functional and great for stacking. They are actually very durable once installed. Assembly is simple. The quality of the materials, however, is "cheep". There are always small scratches, nicks, glue residue, or parts that need a bit of an additional gluing. Another limitation of these modules is that they are poorly protected for transport and sometimes have to be replaced due to transportation damage.

These cubes are AWESOME....! They are assembled in a snap, and when ordered in multiples, wonderfully flexible, allowing for an infinite amount of design options and room configurations. May be a bit pricey.... but definitely worth their weight!

I am not a handy person in any way shape or form, but I was able to put the file boxes together with little frustration and without power tools (the ex-husband took all of that)! Priced just right and I am completely satisfied with my purchase!!!

I bought two of these and two of the matching shelf units. I put them together by myself and have to say it was very easy. Everything was there and the instructions were simple to understand so each one was finished in about 15 -30 minutes. Everything aligned, etc. I am glad someone mentioned that there are no pre-drilled holes in the back to attach them together without the wood splitting so I made a note of that before attempting to join them. These cubes look nice and the price is not bad for the quality. Sturdy and although I have only owned them for a few weeks, I think they will hold up over time.

It took me 2 hours to put this together, and when I was done, it didn't line up properly, it was flimsy, and the drawers didn't fit one would overlap the other. Very poor quality as well as poor craftsmanship. Don't waste your money. Plan on returning it as it was a total waste of money.
