Mommy’s Bliss Postnatal Lactation Support- Fenugreek-Free

I only take one pill per day and can see and feel the difference in my milk supply. The pill is easy to take, doesn't have any taste, and doesn't give me any negative side effects.

That's the thing I love best about these, no upset stomach or even an after taste. The Lactation Support Milk Thistle & Lecithin is formulated with milk thistle, sunflower lecithin & shatavari to support Mom's milk supply and flow. It helps to keep the production of our milk up, and making the flow easier to feed our babies the right amount to keep them healthy. Milk Thistle is also important in keeping our livers functioning to remove toxins from the body as well. I really love this brand, especially for the easy to swallow and digest supplements, they contain no dairy or soy, just what we need to keep our bodies working overtime to keep our little ones healthy.

I've been trying this product every day for 2 weeks, taking 1 pill per day. I notice slightly increasing in my milk supply like about 2 oz per day. The sunflower lecithin helps my milk flowing. It doesn't contain dairy or soy so if you're allergic to any of that, you don't have to worry. But I notice that I feel more gassy in the first couple days taking it. The small capsules make it easy to swallow. However, it's bad tasting for me.
