Mophie Juice Pack for iPhone 6s Plus/6 Plus 2,600mAh, Black

We use these battery packs on our Campus Security Iphone6s's, since we have location devices that update every few seconds, our phone batteries drain much quicker. this pack gives us at least one full charge to get us through the day.

I have owned three power packs. I just received my third and have two issues. One, difficulty in removing iphone from the power pack. Until the unit gets broken in it takes two people to extract it. Second the push pad to turn the unit on and off does not work. You can push until you are blue in the face and it doesn't turn the screen off. I finally remove the pad and turn it off with my finger nail.

I tried a different brand of a charging case, was very disappointed. I have now returned to Mophie with purchase of my second one, I ruined my first one. These cases are well constructed and deliver expected results. This case will keep you going when normal charging is not available. Go Mophie !

I recently had to exchange my 6 Plus Juice Pack and I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service and how they made every attempt to exchange my product. The staff was pleasant and outlined what to do and the timeframe for my delivery which was outstanding. Great Experience

Bought the product at tmobile and after a few months it stopped working. I called customer service to get my money back but they said that they could only send me a replacement. A month later I received the replacement and after a few weeks of use a small piece of the upper part detached. It still works but I know it has limited battery cycles and it will eventually stop working .
