Mophie Juice Pack for iPhone 6s Plus/6 Plus 2,600mAh, Black

I bought this for my spouse a few weeks ago since his phone is always running out of juice. It is meh. The battery helps, but not as much as expected given the reviews. It sadly isn't compatible with the mophie car charger I purchased (seems like a major design flaw) and the charging station doesn't seem to work reliably. Not enough to process a return, but underwhelming.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and it helped me survive taking hundreds of photos at Disneyland. Gave me an extra full charge. My only complaint is that it’s a little hard to take off, but even that isn’t enough to change my mind about how much I like it.

Bought the product at tmobile and after a few months it stopped working. I called customer service to get my money back but they said that they could only send me a replacement. A month later I received the replacement and after a few weeks of use a small piece of the upper part detached. It still works but I know it has limited battery cycles and it will eventually stop working .

The charging part of the mophie works fine. Sound is a significant problem. The connection of the earbuds through the adaptor is poor. Everyone has told me the sound of my voice is distorted and my words are difficult to make out. I have made sure that everything is connected tightly and I have tried two different sets of earbuds (one of them brand new), and the problem remains. If I decide to use my phone without the earbuds, the sound is not much better because the mophie covers up the speaker and the microphone. I have stopped using my new mophie because of this.

This is my 2nd juice pack for the same phone. I don't know what I would do without it. My phone always has life. In my world I always need power and a lot of times I don't have time to sit and wait for a charge. This is the problem solver. Excellent design in and out. I'd get it a third time if I had too.
