It has good ingredients. Can't tell about the quality , I can only assume it's a good one! I took it a few times and only one time I got an after taste / heartburn of fish. Maybe it suggests that it's the real thing? Size of each capsule is very big but it is surprisingly smooth to swallow. dha has many benefits to baby's development and I will continue to use this as long as I continue to breastfeed.
