Still cannot figure out the radio feature. Says that the phone has radio and MP3 capability. Read booklet but still cannot figure out how to do this :(
After the hassle of trying to get this item to stay in my cart, my son finally received it - only to have it not hold a charge. Since they do not sell batteries at WalMart, we went into the local WalMart and were able to exchange it for a different phone that they had in-store.
The phone if you are surfing the internet is totally worthless.
I am pretty happy with this phone. I am a talker. I get the 50 dollar card that gives me unlimited for a month. the touvh screen is awesome! it took me a while to figure out that there was a stylus( :) ) I am, however, having issues finding a case for this phone. if you have a tendency of dropping phones, or if youre really into your "fun, cute" cases. then youll be a little disappointed. But who knows! maybe youll find one that im over looking? AWESOME PHONE!
If you need a new phone but don't need to keep your old number, NET 10 may work for you. But, if you need to keep your old number, be prepared for possible problems. While individual Net 10 phone and internet forum reps are friendly enough, the NET 10 infrastructure seems severely disorganized at best. I've not had service I felt I could consider reliable since purchasing this phone, and it's been close to a month of tech support phone calls and internet forum messages trying to resolve the issue with my phone. As a last resort, I am allowing NET 10 to send me a new phone to replace the new phone I purchased through Wal Mart. If that does not remedy the issue and give me some sense of having cellphone service I feel I can count on when I need it, I'll be shopping for a new provider once again. Pay as you go is a great idea, and it's the option that works best for me at the moment, but actually getting the service that you pay for should be a realistic expectation, and on that regard, NET 10 simply hasn't delivered.
