Motorola PIP1500-2 Connect (2 Camera Pack)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many baby cams are out there, but only a few come with two cameras and a monitor and offer Wi-Fi viewing. The setup was relatively easy and took about 20 minutes. I did use the manual to understand what some of the icons meant on the monitor. They were running slow initially, but right after the cameras were connected, they did a firmware update, which sped up. There is a voice-guided system for connecting the system, and there are no issues with connectivity or Wi-Fi setup. The monitor is durable and has a unique noise alert color slider. The Wi-Fi app has all the significant features you would expect. However, some features feel disjointed, like seeing two cameras at once or turning on/off the always-on audio, and the feature descriptions have some broken English. The cameras also look durable and mount on a standard mount but come with their own. Performance-wise, the alerts are quick, the video delay is less than a second, and the Wi-Fi range is good. I really like being able to use either the app and/or the dedicated monitor. The price was comparable to others, with only one camera and no Wi-Fi viewing. I would recommend this product to friends and wish I had known about it earlier. It is great if you have two kids or need better angles. I have tried the top-rated baby monitors from Arlo, Motorola, Google Nest, and iBaby, and this Motorola model is my favorite. I was given this model for free in exchange for testing and reviewing it (although my kids are older now). I tested it hands-on for four weeks, comparing it to the ones I have used over the years. In my honest opinion, this is a must have for any pregnant mom, especially if you have more than one kid. My kids are 3 and 7 and we used it mostly for bed time and nap time. My 3 year old still wakes up during the night so it's nice to be able to see him on the camera when he starts to stir and get there in time to comfort him back to sleep instead of having him fully wake up. And I can check to make sure my 7 year old is sleeping and not just playing for hours when it's bed time. The dual screen allows me to watch them both in their separate rooms and I get notifications to the handheld screen and my phone which is nice. The cameras are easy to turn off which is important for us because we only use them for a portion of the day. The handheld screen can be plugged in or you can take it with you from room to room which is really great. There is a phone app but I prefer to have the handheld screen so that I don't always have to have my phone open to the screen like I did with my previous cameras. This would have been amazing for us when they were younger and I know what I would suggest for anyone in need of a baby monitor. The set also comes with wall mounts so that you can really get a great view of the room and the camera moves and zooms. The sound quality is nice and better than our previous cameras. I am super impressed with this and it is a great set of cameras in general. I don't have anything bad to say- it's a 10/10 for me.

I have tried other baby monitors from Motorola so was excited to give this one a try. I like that I can view the cameras on the monitor AND on my phone. I do believe I am using my free trial for that right now but it would be worth it depending on the cost. I haven't found another brand to do that. This has been my favorite one we've tried so far. I can talk through the monitor if I need to. The night vision is decent. It came with mounting brackets for each camera- they were cheaply made and kind of annoying to put up but they worked. I think it would make a great gift for someone expecting their second child. I wish I had found it sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though not all parents have the possibility of buying this type of products but this is definitely a product that changes your life. The two camera connection with the baby monitor change everything, I can keep an eye on both of my kids with the split camera, while I am doing stuff around the house. The distance of a 1,000ft range is perfect for my mid size home, but if I need to go out to the yard and do my gardening I am sure and safe that I can cary the monitor with me and my boys will be safe. The quality of the video monitor is very good, I like that I can also have it on my phone with the app and share it with my husband and all connected to my wifi. I would definitely recommend all parents with babies to invest in a really good quality baby monitor like the Motorola PIP1500 2 Connect.

Compared to the others, this one has a much larger screen, which I love! Also, this one provides a better range for viewing than the others I've used. I like that I have the option to move the camera angle from the monitor screen. It had a more difficult set up than the others I've used, but it didn't take too long to figure it out. What are some benefits of owning this product? I love that there is an app so I can also see the camera from my phone. It's perfect for being able get things done outside of my home and still be able to have a connection to the camera. While I love the size of the screen, it's definitely too large to carry around or to travel with in my opinion, so I'm really glad that it has the app to connect to. I gave 4 stars only because I had difficulty connecting the cameras to the monitors during initial set up. Also, for the size of the cameras, I really didn't want to have to mount these to get the best view, but I just couldn't get a great view into the crib with it sitting on a shelf. Luckily, for my other child, it doesn't need to be wall mounted since they are in a regular bed. Overall, I would buy this product and recommend to friends.
