missing bolts .. hole in box .. had 2 flat tires .. cant figure out how to contact soneone

I love this bike so far even though I only have it about 5 hours! One reason is because it comes with a full charge and two for someone 95 plus pound is perfect for this bike! It really zooms around! Very awesome to have around if you can't afford a vehicle!

There are some things that could be better. First is the mounting of the front wheel. I couldn't get it adjusted far enough forward. This is preventing the battery cover from going on. Such a shame too, this could have been a 5 star rating. But, since I have to ride around with the battery cover just laying there, I cannot give it a 5 star review. Also, the headlight is a joke. It has to be solid black before it does you any good. If there are street lights, don't expect to see the headlight on the road surface. This is also a shame. I can't believe their designers. It's obvious that no one had ridden this in the dark during testing. I am sure they would have given a much brighter light. Also, you cannot stack anything in the basket that will extend beyond the top of the basket, as this will block the already dim headlight. I disagree with the top heavy comments. Yes, it seems like it would be but, if you ride it reasonably, there isn't a problem. I even went around a corner a little faster than I normally would. I just leaned into it and not a problem. The battery lasts a really long time ( I am 140 lbs). I rode it around my neighborhood for 5 days before I had to recharge it. It also pulls me up my driveway without any problem whatsoever. I added a mirror that attaches on the end of the handgrip (Goes inside the handlebars) It looks really nice and also like it should be there.
