I use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser in place of sponges. It holds up to the scrubbing power I need to clean tough stains on surfaces. I've been using Magic eraser since its inception. I loved it for the first few years. When look alikes came out I tried those i found the brand product ever so much better. Now, it doesn't seem to matter whether brand or generic- the magicc eraser product has gone downhill. It now falls apart quickly and where I used one for the whole house, now its one for the shower, one for the rest of the bathroom and one for each room essentially. Sad to see a good product cut costs and become the same as the competition.

I had a friend spill an alchol drink on my cherry wood end table, and there was a magazine that did not get removed and the drink cleaned up, it left a horriblenstain that I tried to remove with all kinds of cleaners, then I used the Magic eraser, it removed it and the end table is like new thank you Mr. Clean

On the advice of a friend, I bought a box of 2 Magic Erasers today and tried them out and was Blown Away by what they can do. I Hate Cleaning...always have especially the really grimy things. I could not believe how easy these things made those jobs. In less than an hour, I cleaned my stove, my refrigerator, microwave, all my kitchen cabinets...every disgusting nook and cranny in my kitchen. I have breathing problems and I would NEVER have tackled these jobs but these erasers are absolutely amazing. I went back to the store and bought 6 boxes of them, called my daughter and said I'm coming over to clean your tub (which was totally yellow from rust stains). She thought I'd lost my mind. "Mom? Cleaning?" But I did it. I want to be the spokesperson for this product. I just can't believe it!
