MRM 5-HTP 100mg Capsules, 30 Ct

I've been consuming this product for a month or so. I can say there is slight improvement in mood. its not a great boost. I hope the effect is building up and those I'll keep using 5-HTP although I found a cheaper option than MRM product.

The product is great and works wonders but I do not like how there's so much space in the bottle. I don't know why they just didn't fill it up. Other than that. No complaints but I may try a higher dose
