You can taste, smell, and I daresay see what the goats have eaten in order for this ghee to be produced. Most amazing thing ever. Size is good because I only use this for high heat cooking in place of EVOO. 100% recommend this in your kitchen as opposed to beef tallow.

I'm a fan and I hope it doesn't sell out too much because I'll be buying it again I bought regular Guy good regular Guy organic good regular Guy and it's nice but this goats milk and this company is amazing so I can't praise it enough I'm really happy with it

I've been so happy with the Mt Capra brand of products and I'm particularly in love with their goat ghee! Something about their goats, the flavor, texture and overall quality to me is way better than other brands I've tried. I also like some of their goat whey protein powders which I also put in my coffee along with this product (and other ingredients) for my own version of a bullet coffee each morning.

I surprisingly like this. There is a faint "goat" smell and taste just like with all goat products, but this still tastes really good. I wanted something to add to mashed potatoes or rice since I can't have butter because of a casein allergy. And this had a super smooth texture, it's grass fed, and 100 times better for you.
