Sleeping when you're sick is such a struggle and these help a ton. Wish there were a few more doses but great medicine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this for a headache caused by a sinus infection. I took it at night thinking it would make me sleepy due to “may cause drowsiness”. I did not feel sleepy but when I woke up in the morning I wasn't drowsy from the medicine. The packaging is nice and is clear of all instructions. Easy to swallow tablets. I noticed it was made in Mexico which I thought was cool.

I'm pretty sensitive to medicines too and they didn't make me feel drowsy or cloudy in mind at all. I will definitely be keeping a box of this in my medicine cabinet at all times!

While Mucinex is my go-to for any sickness related to chest congestion, be aware that this product does not contain guaifenesin, which is the main ingredient in Mucinex products. This will not relieve chest congestion or loosening of phlegm. It will however help with a dry cough, and runny nose/cold symptoms. Tiprolidine is a newer antihistamine that I have been seeing recently in cold medicines but it seems to work the same as others such as cetirizine and/or loratadine. However, everyone is different and it may have a better effect on others. While this was a step out of the box for Mucinex, I wouldn't say it's more effective than others on the market, still works great though.
