Mucinex Sinus-Max Nasal Spray Clear & Cool, 0.75 oz (Pack of 4) Packaging May Vary

This is the most poorly designed product I've ever purchased. We are taking it back to the pharmacy as we (two educated adults) could not get the top to work. I literally have bruises on my fingertips after 45 minutes of trying to open the spray and that is after “googling for help to open and following ALL of the instructions that were posted. Clearly, this is not just a problem for us and I can't believe you released this product to the public.

I think it's a great product once you're able to figure out how to open the cap. They need to send step-by-step directions how to do this. It's such a nightmare that I feel like I'm going to go with another brand simply because of how to open the cap.

good luck trying to get the cap off. I had use pliers and it doesn't even spray now. waste of money on an idiotic design. whoever designed this bottle needs to find a new career.

I've been using this product for a couple years and I love the way it works. Clears sinuses immediately and no drain. I cannot get the new top design off. I have arthritis and bad wrist and no matter what I do I can't get it off.

Removing the cap can be (and was for me) a nightmare until you stumble onto the solution: Hold the spinning delivery plunger in place and squeeze the bottom of the gray cap as you twist it counterclockwise. It will then unscrew easily. Henceforth, DON'T twist it shut until it snaps over its lock. Just leave it loose. The product itself is excellent and I highly recommend it for drying up a mucus-clogged nose so you can breathe. Put one shot in each nostril and in a very few minutes you should be breathing normally.
