Multi Function Drafting Stool with Adjustable Lumbar Support, Arms, Burgundy or Navy Blue

Omg! I love this chair. This is the second chair I purchased due to the neck and back pain I was having from sitting 8+hours each day. This chair alleviated those issues instantly. You can adjust the lumbar to fit your body and this is a major plus. The chair is also pretty tiny as far as width. If you're a larger person, you may have issues fitting comfortably. The only negative I would have to mention... The directions for set up are very vague, and you are left guessing to figure things out. The directions given are for a completely different chair than the one you receive. I read this in the comments before purchasing, but I thought the seller would have this corrected by now. Wrong! Set up took about 30 min. which isn't bad, but it could have been a much easier process had the arms been labeled left and right. They really can go on either side depending on how you turn them. It shouldn't be a guessing game. Anyway, just be mindful and have your thinking hat on.

The chair had only the basic instructions, some parts of the chair were not even shown. I had to guess as to where to install them. I think I'll return this chair and go to an office store.

I took a chance and got burned really bad on this chair -- the reviews were mixed and I now know why. The directions for this drafting stool will come with directions for a similar-looking standard office chair and you must intuit a few steps since this is a drafting chair, and therefore has a few extra parts since it telescopes up. After we finally got it together feeling our way forward (due to the wrong directions in the box) we found out the chair would not stay up due to something being wrong with the hydraulic, which of course you can't get to unless you really know what you're doing, and I'm not ashamed to admit I don't. The best part of this experience was Wal-Mart -- I took the chair back fully assembled and they asked no questions and gave me a full refund. I purchased a different chair from a different vendor.

Chair is ok. However, the picture on the box was wrong and the instructions in the box was the wrong one!
