Only once vibration setting, is a very intense vibration that startles my baby every time I've turned it on. Not really worth the price.

I purchased this to go in by baby's bassinet. Unfortunately the item is very bulky and thick and it can not go under the mattress without really elevating that portion of the mattress. I had thought it would be thinner. Fortunately the vibrations are strong enough that we were able to attach it to the underside of the bassinet and the baby can feel it through the frame.

I use it in a bassinet on top of the mattress. It has an auto shut off after 20min. Wasn't effective at first but after the 2nd or 3rd try it helped a lot.
