the only downside to using his product is that you have to use so much of the protein powder per 32 oz cup

I have never tasted a protein drink that is as nasty tasting as this. I would not recommend for a dog.

Tastes great have used 5 star’s casein protein powder for years. Has recently been unavailable. This is less for higher price, but I can’t seem to find my 5 Star any longer. I’m not a fan of whey gprotein powders

I would definitely recommend muscle milk I love it I mix mine in a jar with part milk and cold water and three ice cubes and then I even had a little bit of sugar or some honey whatever I want it's really good and I do it twice a day I'm 60 years old and it does make me feel a little bit better. if I have ice cream I'll mix let's keep ice cream in there with it I know that's cheating but I'm old enough to do that.

I have used muscle milk brand since my start at building muscle. I would definitely recommend it, because it taste great and really works. Nutrition is very important to a healthy work out, and a healthy body. this is a great product to use post or pre workout. I usually use it after a workout, so that it eases soreness. Overall, I think this is a great product and hope everyone tries it if they want a serious dose of protein.
