Muscle Rack 77"W x 24"D x 72"H 3-Tier Steel Welded Storage Rack, 4,500 lb. Total Capacity; Black

I had to order 2 of these units as the first one that arrived, the box was torn open and some of the components were missing. It should have not been delivered in that condition in the first place. In addition, the Fed-Ex driver said that "recipient is not available" (paraphrased), which was a flat out lie as I was at home, all day, with my front door open waiting for the delivery. Not to mention that the delivery time changed three times before the item was delivered 4or 5 days later. Once the first item was returned, a replacement was delivered a few days later, which was appreciated. This time the item that was delivered seemed to be fine, as the box appeared to be intact and unopen. However, upon opening the item, I discovered both of the endcaps were damaged at the top and the front and back rails would not attach to the endcaps, rendering the item useless. While I was procuring a second return request, it was brought to my attention, that a replacement unit could not be rendered as your policy does not allow, and I would need to reorder a replacement after my credit card was credited, which I was informed that the credit could take 7 to 10 days to receive, which I cannot understand why it would take so long to receive a credit, when the credit card debit is taken immediately. By the way, the second return was picked up on 8/10/24 and here it is 8/20/24 and a credit to my card has yet to made.

Nice rack, but arrived badly beat up. This storage rack is nice and was relatively easy to put together, but it arrived badly damaged and I had to use a hammer to hammer/bend several pieces back into place in order to construct it. It still seems functional, but this is a clear quality control failing on the manufactures part. Also, the instructions are very poorly written. I had to figure out more than I was instructed how to build it.

Easy to unpack and assemble. Had to straighten the top of one upright where it was dented in shipment, and go through the package looking for the 6 small nuts and bolts. This is a great product for use where people are loading and unloading the shelving. It is not appropriate for use around material handling equipment. The gauge on the uprights is too light.

Would give this a Negative 5 stars. This Edsal shelving is NOT "industrial" strength shelving. Packaging consists of a flimsy outer carton, allowing all the pieces to destroy each other in shipping. Box is extremely heavy, which means the shipping company literally dropped it out of the truck, and then dragged and dropped it again onto the porch. Upon opening what was left of the box, found that the "steel welded" is small spot welding on the end braces which were cracked and separated, and so the brace was broken and twisted. Ordered two of these which were delivered at separate times and the unit we opened was definitely someone else's returned item. Shame on me for not reading reviews better before purchasing. Don't think I have ever been so utterly disappointed in a product. Now have to figure out how to return this mess.

First off damaged heavily in transit. Walmart has done the right thing and granted me a % refund. Second it is a light duty product at best. Extremely thin sheet metal components(all bent in transit), poorly welded wire shelves e.g. bent wires/missed welds. Two different size nuts/bolts were sent for the final assembly. Just overall very very low quality chinese product
