Myself and my 2 daughters started taking these a few days ago. We all feel that we have more energy but it?s too early to tell if it helps us lose weight but I?m assuming it will. We also feel that we have less food cravings. I weigh less so I?m only able to take one. I took 2 the first day and had crazy jitters but I also have a low tolerance. I deducted 1 star because I still feel a little jittery taking just one but it goes away.

The caffeine amount caused no jitters however around mid day I was looking for more caffeine. Ironically enough I fast and when I took this I felt hungry. When I did not take it I was not hungry. It does help with weight loss a bit, as long as you are not falling off your diet! remember guys, this is a supplement, it's not going to take you from 20% bodyfat to 10% bodyfat overnight! I've always used Hydroxycut products and this one is one of their best. This is a pretty clean thermogenic. It gives me plenty of energy and focus to get through intense workouts.
