Composed using specific tempi, rhythms and pacing and performed by an ensemble of world-renowned musicians on piano, violin, percussion, saxophone, flute, guitars, and bass, these soothing melodies will free you to unwind and let go of the stresses of the day. Joseph Nagler, D.A., C.M.T., is a musician, composer, and a certified music therapist who received his doctorate from New York University. He is an Associate Professor of Music at Queensborough College and was the Co-Director of the Center for Research in the Arts & Medicine, at New York University s Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine.
