My Life As 18" Outdoor Girl Doll, Brunette

Okay, let's start with the good. This dolls face is beautiful! The dolls chest is made out of plastic and is really easy to wear different brands of doll clothes. Her stomach and buttocks are made of cloth. Her hair color is very nice but it feels little stringy, oily, and unevenly cut . I may try to cut her hair to even it up. Also, good luck getting this doll out of the package. It took us 5-10 minutes to free her hair from the long plastic pieces that were sewn to her hair. I am not sure what purpose of the plastic was. The main problem that I have with this doll is that you can't put her in a sitting position easily. You have to gradually move each leg into a sitting position and I felt like I was going to break her legs off. I considered returning her to Wal-Mart but my daughter loves her. I guess you get what you pay for. The doll has beautiful features but I wouldn't mind paying a little more for a doll with good hair and moveable legs. She is prettier than Our Generation doll from Target.

Got this doll for my daughter. It is very cute, but she is hard to get out of packaging (her hair is the hard part to get out). Also on our doll one leg seems off, bent toward one side. My daughter is 5 and doesn't seem to mind, but I was a bit disappointed. Otherwise I would say a good doll for the money, just wish her leg wasn't so wonky.

This doll was 1/5 the price of an American Girl doll. My granddaughter loves this doll not only because of the size, but the hair is beautiful! Compared to the hair on her American Girl doll the My Life doll's hair is more real and is great to touch and style. I will never buy any other doll!

This was a great purchase! We liked the price as well as the product! It has given my Granddaughter hours of play.

My granddaughter LOVES her! The only problem was getting her out of the box. Her hair is actually sewn into the packaging. Very strange. But, the doll is beautiful and she is loved.
