My Life As Shopping Basket Play Set for 18" Dolls, 16 Pieces

A lot of items for a great price! We bought with the shopping cart and my daughter loves playing with her doll and pretending they are grocery shopping.

This is an adorable little play set made for My Life dolls but would work for lots of other dolls as well. The basket comes filled with little fruits, veggies, and other grocery items. It looks just like a real Walmart grocery basket filled with groceries. It's perfect for a little shopper! The pieces held up well to my kids playing with them. I highly recommend purchasing for accessories for your favorite doll.

This little shopping basket is do darn cute. It is made to look exactly like one of the blue Walmart shopping baskets that you can use when you walk into the store. It is of course a mini version which is about 4" wide and 3" tall and it is packed with well made items that do a great job of resembling the real everyday products that you buy. Some of the items inside of it were.... a bag of well made and sturdy bagels that are in a little plastic bag that you can remove and put on a little plate if you want to. There is a half gallon of pink lemonade that is equally as wonderfully made so the container won't get smushed or stepped on. There is some fresh produch such as a little tomato and an orange, as well as a very detailed and sturdy pineapple. All of the products are very cute and some are like rubbery plastic and no matter how much play that they get it seems that they would hold up very well. The "canned" products like soup and canned fruit are well made and have cute very original looking labels that are designed well and exactly what kids want. It's not much fun for kids when they get a new item or toy and it breaks or falls apart in a short amount of time, this toy looks like it will last through lots of hours of "shopping" play. There are other items inside such as a box of cupcake mix to a mac and cheese and a carton of apple juice that are cardboard and I am just listing some of them but there are many in there. I was surprised when my grandchild showed me the contents because they were made so much better than I have seen in so many other toys. This isn't a cheap toy but well worth the cost I believe because you won't have to replace it with another one that has gotten ruined and we all want to feel good about the money that we spend on a toy instead of regretting falling for the hype. I think that this little basket of goodies is different and special because of the original looking basket and the realness of the products. It could also help a child learn about money if you shop with them and then you can help them to figure out their bill so that they can get the concept of money. This toy is a real keeper.

My daughter loves this toy. It is perfect for her to bring to play with. Good quality too. It has the baking products with it so you can pretend to bake with it. Perfect size for youd child's 3 foot doll. I do not suggest this item for younger children under 3 years old. Would be great for girls or boys.

Oh my children love this little basket of groceries for their dolls. It is so cute and realistic! I haven't seen anything close to it, and the size is perfect for what they use it for. My sister also teaches children in China the English language via video chat and these are also used by her to teach them the different groceries in English. It's a win win for our family! Awesome product.
