Only one wheel works I have to constantly push my daughter from behind especially on carpet, but then on smooth floor it's hard to control because of the one where spinning

only one wheel spins asked for a replacement so hopefully the next one works if not will be sending it back for a refund

This toy is a lot smaller than pictured, was super excited to purchase for my 4 year old only to discover its super small probably better for a 2 year old. Will be returning and super bummed it wasn't bigger other than that it's super cute!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This My Little Pony 6V Plush Ride On is SO impressive! I am 36 years old and I was SO excited when I opened the box. My immediate reaction when I first saw Izzy was "WOW"! She looks so enchanting with her beautiful curly, colorful, mane complete with glittery unicorn horn. You can tell just by looking at her that your kids are just going to have a magical time playing with her. As soon as my 3 year old saw her she wanted to hug and pet her. My daughter is on the taller side so she had no problem mounting her with the foot pegs giving her an added lift from the ground. As soon as you hit the button (which I love that is hand operated vs. foot operated), Izzy says a joyful phrase, her unicorn horn lights up, and off you go! I think that the 2.5 mph is a perfect speed for indoor use at this age. Now for a few critiques... I wish that it was plainly noted either on the box or manual that only 1 rear wheel is actively motorized, I initially thought that we had a defective unit but after I scoured the internet I inadvertently discovered that only 1 wheel is connected to the motor. Also, because this ride on is primarily for indoors, I wish the wheels were more rubbery to provide more traction on laminate/wood/vinyl/tile floors. The turning radius is weak and oddly enough, there is a stronger turning radius on one side, so each side is not equal. And there is no reverse button so paired with the weak turning radius, Izzy is difficult to maneuver in tight spaces. Izzy's voice is quite loud but the motor makes an appropriate level of noise. My daughter is Sensory Sensitive so Izzy's loud voice combined with the motor motion upon pushing the button is initially very shocking to her. Finally, I wish required battery charge time wouldn't be so intense. At 18 hours to charge, that means that I have to "take away" Izzy during the day (play time) to accommodate charge time, which is easier said than done with a toddler. Also, I need to find a place to charge her where my daughter can't find her so that she can charge uninterrupted for the full 18 hours. Lastly, I wish that there was an auto-off for the battery charging system to take the guess work out of charging the battery completely. Because I have to charge her out of sight, I have to set a reminder on my phone to pull her of the charger before I damage the battery. Despite all of this, Izzy is still absolutely captivating and just so much fun! She is definitely the best ride-on we have ever owned and she would make an absolutely magical gift to any little one.
