Natrol 5-HTP 50mg Capsules, 30 Ct

I am sure this affects everyone differently and would probably be better suited for those with light stress. I do deal with pretty bad anxiety, so this wasn't something that I noticed made much of a difference. This is probably better for those that just need a slight mood booster.

These are tiny pills with no taste and I just take them with the rest of mine in the AM. Sometimes one in afternoon on stressful days.

I received my Natrol - Natrol 5-HTP, Mood & Stress Capsules 50mg about two weeks ago. I can't tell you the difference these have made. I've been looking for something like this for sometime now and I finally found it. My stress level had decreased significantly. I highly recommend this product.
