I have muscular dystrophy so my body normally hurts a bit on a daily basis. I took myself on meds and wanted to try natural. This worked.like a charm. It regulated my moods and made me feel 1000xs better. I recommend this to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Natrol DHEA, Mood and Stress tablets 25mg, and I first want to state I spoke to my doctor before taking them to make sure all was good. Thankfully he was all ok with me taking them. So for the past month and a half I have been taking one a day! I have had no side effects and over all I really believe this has put me in a better mood. I work and have 4 kids so things can get aorta stressful and then I am known to be a little miserable. Since taking these I am able to let go of somethings that would upset me and been less stressed. Overall I have been seeing am improvement and will still take these in hopes I can keep going and taking the mood and stress tablets. I'd recommend to anyone who just needs a little lift and is willing to have a better outlook if things are getting stressful once talking with a doctor.

When I received these I was skeptical as with every other over the counter medication. These tablets work. I have felt more calm than I have before. While it is difficult to measure a mood level, I can definitely tell that overall I feel much more even. I am not having the extremes in mood change that I was several months ago before I started taking the 25 mg Natrol DHEA, Mood and Stress Tablets. My husband has commented on how I am not as grumpy.
