[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking these to try and get stronger nail's and hair. I've heard that's what Biotin is good for. Anyway in something like this it will take awhile to really see a change but I like The soft gels and I like the Nature Made brand a lot. They are easy to swallow, which is not a problem for me, but I know some people have trouble. I don't think that will be a problem with these. No unpleasant after taste either. I am pleased with these and I think anyone would be if they are considering trying them. Won't be unhappy.
