You can see that the outside layer of the capsule is think so it takes a little longer to dissolve but when you burp, you don't get that gross fishy taste in your mouth! Make is so much easier to take.

I don't eat enough fish products to receive the recommended Omega-3 fatty acids my body needs so I take the fish oil supplement. This burp-less softgels version of fish oil is great because I don't get the after taste or smell of fish like other products that are not burp-less.
