[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These would be a wonderful supplement and is a good way to get fatty acids if they weren't so hard to swallow. This softgels are huge and to get the recommended serving, I had to swallow two of them. These would be much better if they were smaller. If you already have a hard time swallowing, I wouldn't recommend these. The packaging states that these are "burp-less" which is pretty accurate. I had no issues with a fishy burp or aftertaste. I personally will not use these due to not being able to swallow the big sized pills.

Once you get passed the smell, the softgels are not too bad. Health-wise, they do really help, it is just hard for me to get over the weird smell/ taste.

These fish oil softgels are great. They are very easy to take and swallow. I love that it doesn't leave a bad aftertaste and that I don't burp them up afterwards. I've tried some before and couldn't tolerate the burping afterwards. These really work for me.
