Having these vitamins also make me feel good about the times when I don't get what is needed from the foods I eat. I can't say that I feel any different after finishing the bottle, but I know it's not doing any harm either, so they are a nice consistent way to make sure I am getting what I need!

I have noticed a big difference in my energy I have even been able to cut back on my coffee intake . The pill isn't big it's small enough it have no issues swallowing . It took about a week to fully notice the difference in my body and after a month it's when you'll be able to cut on caffeine . I will continue taking b12 to help boost my energy in a more natural way .
