We haven't used the mattress yet as the baby isn't due until Feb, but the web site was friendly and easy to use. Delivery was quick and the mattress arrived in excellent condition and fit nicely into the cradle. I would definitely use Naturpedic again.

First of all, let me just say that the rectangular size bassinet pad is SO hard to find! We have an old fashioned rocking bassinet that takes the rectangular one and before I discovered Naturepedic, I was at a complete loss! So thankful that not only is it a perfect fit for our bassinet, it is easy to clean up (had a big spit up mess the first week), no nasty stuff to breath in and firm enough that I feel safe allowing my 3 month old son to sleep in the bassinet by himself. Highly recommend this product and this brand!

I am trying to start our little one off in a chemical free environment (as much as possible) and this product was a good one for that! Fit perfectly in the co-sleeper I built and I sleep well at night knowing he is safe!
