Gave me much energy!
I love Natures Ashwagandh liquid. It's alcohol free and a great immune booster. Perfect size bottle too. I can even take it on vacation.
I threw it away. It was like sucking on an aspirin. Tasted HORRIBLE.
A nice product to begin the day. Two dropperfuls is sufficient. It has a good taste or if desired chase it with a sip of coffee or other beverage. Don't forget to shake it up a bit. I like the way it helps me feel in the senior years of my life.
Works well for relaxing but the price is too high. looking for a cheaper one next time. I like to put it in my tea. I bought it for my hair but was surprised at the gentle calming effect.
