You don't burp up anything garlic later. You have to take 4 a day which seems like a lot, so one bottle doesn't even last a month. I have taken the whole bottle and I can't say if they have really done anything for me.

I could taste garlic slightly when swallowing. No aftertaste. For the Directions: Adults, take one (1) softgel four times daily, preferably with meals. Now, for myself, I definitely don't eat four meals or snacks in a day. I don't know how someone can have the time or remember to take four softgels in a day. The price is average.
