I love that it has calcium and vitamin d since my levels are low to support my bone growth. Am I calmer after taking it? Not really sure lol the one thing I don't like is that the cap doesn't have any child safety on it. It's a flip top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this is a blend of the vitamins Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc combined into one caplet so that I'm not having to swallow multiple pills, it isn't a huge caplet, but not tiny either..I didn't have any issue getting it down and it didn't bother my stomach, which some vitamins do. I will have to take it for a while longer to determine if it did help any, but so far I am satisfied with it.
