However, the breakdown of epa/dha content is 12mg/58mg respectively for every two gummies. I think this would be great for my son based on those amounts.

They're somewhat lumped together but not impossible to pull apart. They have a strong artificial strawberry flavor that's not entirely unpleasant but almost has a fishy taste?? Also, they recommend you take 4 a day, meaning that a bottle won't last long. Ultimately, they're still easier for me to take than a pill.

The first thing that I noticed about them were both the taste and texture of the vitamins. I really liked that these gummies are not sticky gummies that stick to your teeth and also I really enjoyed the berry flavor. I have used a lot of different types and brands of gummy vitamins and the taste and texture of these vitamins is my favorite of all of them. I also really liked that these vitamins were backed by a quality guarantee according to the packaging. I think that COQ-10 is a great vitamin to have as a part of my nutrition because of its benefits of heart health. I will definitely by this particular product again to fulfill that need when I run out!

The texture is softer than I was expecting but it was still good. Overall if you are looking for an Omega boost I would say this is a good choice.

We are used to omega-3 supplements having a slight fishy aftertaste. Not these! They tasted exactly as advertised, with strawberry as the predominant flavor. Texture was also good - not mushy at all. The only downside is that the gummies do clump together. A little inconvenient but not a big deal. We would purchase these again.
