After a month of use, I didn't notice anything significant, so I decided not to continue. However, if you know you like maca root complex, this brand is a great value. The packaging is attractive with an easy open lid. I appreciate that the ingredients list is very short and straight-forward without many additives, but I did find that the capsules are a bit large for my liking.

I started using Women's MACA Root Complex about 2 weeks ago and I'm happy to say that this supplement is easy to take as it's size made it easy to swallow. I did not experience any aftertaste which you can have with some supplements. The information on the bottle was helpful and easy to read and directions easy to follow. The only drawback that I had with the supplement was the aroma. It's slightly off-putting. But if you can get around that which I can, so I am looking forward to the benefits!
