I brought this for my famale desex Jackrusles nope didnt work still wee in my room

I bought this for my pomeranian puppy. It definitely doesn't work, as he's still marking the same areas on the carpets after being sprayed multiple times. Does not deter him at all.

Not very effective, dog still pee on my floors.
